We have an opportunity within our Business Support Service for a passionate and self-motivated Part-time Team Leader providing essential support to the Youth Justice Service and our Practice colleagues. As Team Leader for the YJS Business Support team, you will have a shared responsibility with the existing Team Leader to carry out a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of all aspects of the service.

You will have the experience of change and stakeholder management; possess outstanding leadership and management skills, be well organised, creative and innovative in your thinking and approach. You will have the skills and confidence to set work and meet tight deadlines; be articulate and proactive.

You will be able to set clear expectations and be experienced at motivating and delegating to a team.
