Salary £30552 Plus excellent benefits.
Hours will be term time weeks of 33 weeks working Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.30pm (42.5 hours) with half hour paid lunchbreak and then 6 weeks Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 4.00pm (35 hours) in the school holiday periods.
Some Key Responsibilities Will Include
Meticulous administration skills
Excellent communication skills.
A warm and professional telephone manner
An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Systems experience on a school or customer management would be an advantage.
Good IT literacy, with excellent Word, Excel and Google
Loyalty, tact, enthusiasm and vision
The ability to work independently yet as part of the team
Supporting the Senior Deputy Head (Operations) with administrative tasks when necessary.
Make coach bookings for school trips in accordance with school procedures.
Record staff driver documentation and ensure records are up to date and compliant.
Introduce and maintain a car parking register for staff.
To efficiently operate the booking of specific School rooms on the ISAMs calendars.
Order badges and awards as required
Update honours boards, liaising with supplier
Organise engraving of trophies
To order stationary for support staff
Organise the administration of individual, class and whole school photographs
Maintain pupil registers and create a monthly back up.
