This is your chance to be part of something special—supporting young people aged 16–24 to achieve their potential, overcome barriers, and move forward with confidence into further learning or employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting learners in the classroom – You’ll work alongside the SEND Tutor to deliver fun, effective group sessions and 1-to-1 interventions, helping students with SEND develop skills, confidence and independence.

Helping learners progress – From community projects and external speakers to exciting visits and enterprise activities, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable learning experiences.

Providing personalised support – You’ll assist in planning, organising and delivering content based on individual EHCPs, ensuring reasonable adjustments and access arrangements are in place.

Building brilliant relationships – Whether it’s with students, local authorities, families or colleagues, you’ll help create a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Making a difference every day – You’ll support assessment, marking and reviews, while encouraging good attendance, positive behaviour and a love of learning.
