We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our NAV team and drive the successful migration to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC). This role will also play a key part in supporting our Integrations team, helping to build and scale our internal middleware solutions for seamless connectivity with third-party SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Support the Integrations team in designing and developing scalable middleware solutions for third-party SaaS integrations.

Establish and maintain best practices in software development, including CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching, feedback, and career development.

Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, performance, and reliability.

The Experience We Are Looking For

Proven experience managing software engineering teams, ideally in a retail or ecommerce environment.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.

Experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transformations.

Familiarity with middleware platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience with Azure services and cloud-native architectures.

Knowledge of retail systems and operations.

Previous experience with third-party SaaS integrations (e.g., CRM, logistics, finance tools).
