We’re looking for a CRM Analyst to join our growing team of CRM experts in this brand-new role. You’ll uncover insights that help us connect with our audience in smarter, more meaningful ways. Your work will be at the heart of making the move simpler, clearer, and more empowering – giving everyone the confidence, tools, and trust they need to make it happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Get under the skin of our data – analyse consumer and partner behaviour, segmentation, and engagement metrics to fuel CRM and wider business strategies.
- Dive deep into campaigns – explore performance, run experiments, and uncover actionable insights to help us drive higher conversion rates and create better outcomes.
- Be our dashboard maestro – design, build, and maintain dashboards in our BI suite, becoming the go-to expert for CRM and Digital Marketing data.
- Shape our reporting landscape – support the evolution of our marketing reports, bringing clarity and simplicity to complex data.
- Collaborate for bigger impact – work closely with our Data & Analytics team to enhance our data infrastructure and unlock new opportunities for insight and efficiency.
- You’re a pro with BI and data visualisation tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- You’re comfortable manipulating data with SQL, working with large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- You’ve got experience with analytical tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- You’re familiar with customer engagement platforms (CEP) such as Braze or Adobe Journey Optimiser – or you’re keen to learn.
- Experience with BigQuery is a plus.
- You’re a natural storyteller – you know how to turn data into clear, compelling narratives that make an impact.
- You understand statistical models and machine learning concepts, and how to apply them to real-world problems.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ideally, you have a numerate degree (Maths, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar), but what matters most is your mindset and curiosity.
