We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our UK team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help shape the future of self-care.

As a key member of our Western Europe Regulatory Affairs team, you’ll lead and support regulatory activities across our UK portfolio, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and building strong relationships with health authorities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, You Will

  • Lead UK regulatory strategy aligned with business and Western Europe (WE) Science goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining marketing authorizations and up-to-date product information.
  • Prepare and manage high-quality regulatory submissions and responses to health authorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Quality, and other internal teams.
  • Act as the primary interface with the MHRA and other UK regulatory bodies. Provide regulatory insights for product development, maintenance, and portfolio optimization.
  • Oversee the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials in line with local codes and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • A scientific degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of regulatory affairs experience, ideally in Consumer Healthcare (medicines, food supplements, medical devices). Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks and health authority processes.
  • Experience working in matrix teams and cross-functional environments. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Operational excellence in managing submissions, databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
