RECRUiTMENT RESOURCER
ROLE OVERViEW: The role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to outreach and connect with Life Science candidates and understand their wants and needs and helping place the right professional into the right company and role. You will be in charge of the candidate side of the recruitment process, from outreach and interview to job offer. A successful Recruitment Resourcer can build and maintain rapport with candidates in a professional and beneficial relationship.

RECRUiTMENT RESOURCER RESOURCER SPECiFiC DETAiLS: With a blended training structure that involves on and off desk learning, you’ll be joining a company that invests in you and aims to develop your skills in a quick and efficient manner.
Our Resourcing roles deal with the 180 side of recruitment, where you will be focusing solely on the candidate side of the process. Resourcers are paired up to the company’s top billers, which offers an amazing learning opportunity for individuals starting their careers in recruitment.

Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates Organising interview availability Managing the 180 recruitment process
