The Role

As our first Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end execution process across internal teams and outsourced partners. You’ll operate like an embedded engagement manager—aligning product, design, engineering, and external vendors to drive outcomes, not just process.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with a consulting background (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, Capco) who wants to move into a high-growth SaaS startup, apply delivery discipline, and help scale a category-defining product.

What You’ll Do

  • Run delivery across cross-functional squads, internal and external, ensuring velocity, accountability, and clarity of execution.
  • Lead the interface with engineering partners - owning priorities, sprint rituals, scope alignment, and status tracking.
  • Work with Product and Design to translate roadmap into clearly scoped delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify risks, unblock decisions, manage dependencies, and keep everyone focused on outcomes.
  • Build lightweight, scalable systems for tracking delivery (e.g., sprint dashboards, weekly reports, async updates).
  • Drive operational excellence—streamlining how product features move from spec to shipped.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve delivery strategy, velocity metrics, and vendor engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or digital transformation, ideally in a consulting or high-velocity tech environment.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors, distributed teams, or contracted pods — and keeping them tightly connected to internal product strategy.
  • A pragmatic, product-aware approach to delivery — you focus on outcomes over processes, flows over tickets, context over control.
  • Strong grasp of agile delivery models like Kanban or squad-based continuous delivery. You know when to introduce structure and when to get out of the way.
  • Enough technical fluency to talk with engineers without translating through Jira — you understand system complexity, trade-offs, and delivery risk.
  • Excellent communication skills — you make the complex simple, build trust quickly, and can coordinate execs, PMs, engineers, and vendors without generating noise.
  • A bias for clarity, momentum, and self-correcting systems — you don’t wait for perfect specs, you ask the right questions and help the team move.
  • Comfort with early-stage chaos — you don’t need a playbook; you help write the next one.
