The Opportunity


At William Grant and Sons, we aim to ensure our sites are not only safe places to work but that they are a true reflection of our brand which means taking care of our buildings through regular maintenance and repairs. A great opportunity has arisen allowing an experienced Facilities Team Member (Handyperson) to join our Bellshill team and help us continue to drive these things.


What you’ll be doing


Your customers will be our team members, and they will support you to identify improvement needs across our sites. You will plan and prioritise your own workload while ensuring that the operational needs of the sites are not compromised and that tasks are completed to an exceptional standard in a cost-effective way.


The role will involve a variety of things including internal and external maintenance, small project works and janitorial support.


You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic Facilities Team, and you will work together to continuously improve what we do and how we do it.

About You


Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a variety of basic trades including decorating, carpentry and minor plumbing work. Attention to detail is key for this role ensuring that works are always delivered to a high standard and a good understanding of health and safety is crucial. Basic computer literacy is essential to allow for working with our in-house task management systems.


A 3a and 3b IPAF certificate is desirable but training may be provided.
