Digital Content Executive

Location: Bedford (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (early finish Fridays)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

What you'll do

  • Write compelling digital content for web pages, email campaigns, and internal newsletters
  • Design branded assets (banners, ads, landing pages, case studies, presentations) using Adobe CC, or similar
  • Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and refine approaches
  • Manage and update WordPress site – copy, visuals, videos
  • Support internal comms: build rapport with teams through monthly newsletters
  • Keep abreast of marketing and digital trends; propose enhancements


Who you are

  • Qualified in marketing (or equivalent experience) with 2–3 years in B2B digital roles
  • Adobe CC (or similar) proficient
  • Strong content production skills – clear, engaging, conversion-focused
  • Skilled in WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • Experience of email automation platforms and CRMs
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads is desirable
  • Proactive, resilient, and confident in influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative communicator, solution-driven, and authentic in your work ethic
