About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our three Baltic passenger routes by planning, optimising, and evaluating targeted digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with an agile route marketing team and supported by leading digital agencies, as well as partnerships with Google and META, you will help execute strategies that promote both our travel routes and onboard services. Your expertise will directly support our goals of customer acquisition and retention across the entire digital journey. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

You will be responsible for

  • Planning, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns across channels including paid social, programmatic display, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.
  • Collaborating with internal route teams and external agencies to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilising web analytics and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting customer journey mapping and optimisation to enhance both acquisition and retention.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment in all digital content and advertising efforts.

About You

For this role, we're looking for someone with a relevant background in marketing, business, or a related field, and hands-on experience managing digital marketing platforms and channels. You should have a solid understanding of how to utilise these tools effectively to optimise performance, along with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to keep learning and evolving in the field.

Language skills in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, or Swedish would be a valuable asset, but not essential. Most importantly, you are analytical, organised, and proactive, able to manage your time well and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills are also key, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.

We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
