Salary: £24,500 per annum + OTE £30,000–£33,000

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) | Monday to Friday

About the Role

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a long-established UK-based insurance provider for an Outbound Telesales role. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive base salary, high earning potential, and equipment provided. Key Responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using an automated dialler
• Speak with new, previous, and existing customers to recommend suitable insurance products
• Sell cover plans for household appliances and tech
• Achieve a daily sales target of 7–10 units
• Build rapport with customers and follow a compliant sales process

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of outbound sales or telesales experience
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
