Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This is a fixed-term post for 12 months.
What You Will Do
You will work within the Clinical Assessment Unit reception area providing a clerical and reception service, receiving patient and members of the public as they arrive at hospital. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patient confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and out-patient appointments using the computerised patient administration system, answering telephones and relaying messages.

- You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
- Candidates should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.
