Project Manager (Process Improvement) Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for Project Manager (Process Improvement). Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.This position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. As the Project Manager (Process Improvement), you will play a crucial role in driving the company\'s continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:- Define and execute complex projects, creating detailed plans and tracking systems to monitor progress against milestones- Lead cross-functional project teams, effectively allocating resources and managing project financials- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and KPIs for senior management- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to promote project buy-in and alignment- Establish clear guidelines and governance processes to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with safety and environmental regulationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:- Engineering or Business degree, with a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred- Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience, ideally in an aviation or aerospace setting- Ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams and drive complex projects from concept to implementation- Strong understanding of project management tools and their application in various project types- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences- High proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and MS Office suite
