About The Role

As a Product Manager for the Myproduct Toolkit at Tesco Technology, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the future of our product offerings. This role is pivotal in evolving and driving our product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our broader business objectives.

You will partner with collaborators to set clear priorities, write user stories, manage backlogs, and lead discovery efforts. Your ability to advocate for customers and make data-informed decisions will be crucial as you

collaborate with engineering teams to deliver flawless, impactful solutions.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Collaborate proactively with peers and senior collaborators to define and drive the strategic direction of the product as part of the broader business roadmap.
  • Recognize key user personas, customers, and collaborators, thoroughly identifying their needs and struggles
  • Take responsibility for product performance and adoption, striving to achieve defined goals and milestones.
  • Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria and work with engineering to break down complex initiatives into manageable, incremental tasks.
  • Steer sprint and release planning with engineering counterparts, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features with minimal effort.
  • Resolve live product issues, prioritize critical fixes, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Lead the acceptance and adoption of new ideas and continuous improvements across product and engineering teams. Coordinate cross-functional efforts, providing leadership on short-term tasks and near-term priorities.
  • Apply Agile principles and the full Product Management lifecycle to discover, define, design, develop, and deliver continuous value.

What You Need

  • Proven experience applying UX/UI principles to build intuitive, user-friendly products.
  • Deep understanding of diverse user personas and how they interact with the product.
  • Ability to write hypothesis statements and collaborate with optimization managers or engineers to complete experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing work to align with strategic goals.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
