We’re looking for a confident, connected and creatively driven marketing professional to join one of our UK studios. If you’re someone who brings energy to ideas, clarity to planning and consistency to brand storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing function, making sure JDO shows up with clarity, ambition and personality across every channel, campaign and connection.

Responsibilities
Brand storytelling & content You lead the planning, development and delivery of high-quality content across social, web, newsletters and internal platforms. You ensure our voice is consistent, compelling and creatively ambitious, partnering with creatives, strategists and writers to elevate JDO’s brand and point of view.
Marketing operations & campaign delivery You own the marketing plan and team workflow, managing activity, coordinating campaigns and tracking delivery. You keep everything organised, efficient and aligned to business priorities, including our new business growth strategy.
Brand partnerships & visibility You lead relationships with press, platforms and external partners – from proactive outreach to events and award entries. You show up for the brand, build awareness through smart positioning and keep JDO visible and respected across the industry.
Global brand alignment You collaborate with senior creative leads in New York and Shanghai, supporting local marketing initiatives while ensuring a cohesive global brand presence. You act as a connector, helping unify JDO’s voice across regions.
Leadership & mentoring You mentor junior team members with care and clarity, helping them grow confidence, creativity and operational sharpness.
You bring positivity, model high standards and contribute to the team’s rhythm and reputation.
Commercial acumen You manage marketing budgets, measure impact and align all activity to business value. You contribute to proposals, support reputation-driven growth and ensure that marketing helps power our commercial success.

JDO UK comprises two studios – our HQ in the beautiful historical town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and the other in the heart of Central London. Though each member of our team is officially based at one of these studios, we all work together as a united front. In moving between these two locations, JDO team members benefit from a change of scenery with two beautiful office spaces, whilst also giving us the opportunity to cross pollinate ideas and collaborate to deliver our best creative potential.

- Leads end-to-end content planning and delivery – ensuring JDO’s voice is consistent, compelling and creatively ambitious across all platforms
- Owns and manages the marketing plan – keeping campaigns organised, visible and aligned to business priorities, including support for new business growth
- Oversees marketing tools and workflows – ensuring the team runs smoothly, efficiently and with pride in the details
- Acts as the main contact for press, platforms and partners – from proactive outreach to delivering high-quality visibility moments
- Builds strong external relationships – showing up at industry events, championing the JDO brand, and representing us with warmth, confidence and curiosity
- Brings cultural awareness and brand insight into campaign thinking – connecting ideas to industry movements and making JDO’s point of view stand out
- Tracks budgets and marketing impact – contributing to proposals and ensuring the team’s work supports reputation and revenue growth
- Mentors junior team members with clarity and care – building skills and confidence while holding standards and momentum
- Knows and loves the industry – staying plugged into what’s launching, who’s moving and where we should be showing up
- Collaborates with senior creative leads in New York and Shanghai – contributing to local initiatives and supporting global brand alignment
- Makes marketing feel exciting – not just operational, but a key part of how we connect, grow and lead as a brand
- Role is ideally based in Royal Tunbridge Wells but could also be based in London
- Full-time (40 hours per week), with 3 days per week in the office
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, brand or communications roles, ideally within a creative agency
- Proven track record planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, from content creation to performance measurement
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with confidence across copy, messaging and brand narrative
- Experience managing partnerships, press, events or award entries
- Skilled in marketing tools and workflow management, from content planning to campaign tracking
- Comfortable owning a marketing budget and aligning activity to commercial goals
- Line management or mentoring experience is a plus
