We are searching for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Children’s Nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, high quality care to patients and their families with a progressive and innovative mindset for continuous service improvements.

Main duties of the job

We have a unique, caring and inclusive team who are delighted to be responsible for the care of Children and Young People from 5 days to 18 years old, across East Berkshire and South Bucks.

Our department has a 5 bedded High Dependency Unit and 19 inpatient beds alongside a 6 bedded Day Surgery Unit. We have close links with our Paediatric Assessment Unit, Neonatal Unit, Children’s Outpatient Department, Paediatric A&E and our Children’s Community Nursing Teams as well as our regional Children’s Hospital in Oxford. We promote strong interdepartmental and cross-site working relationships with both Heatherwood and Frimley Park Hospitals.
