Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Group Internal Controls Manager – IT to join our international assurance team. This newly created global role will be instrumental in expanding our second line assurance function into IT assurance, supporting the ongoing development of our Group’s controls framework. You will work across all levels of the organisation, including Group IT infrastructure, applications, and governance.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Collaborating with the Internal Controls Lead to develop IT testing methodologies and integrate IT assurance into the existing framework.
- Planning and executing the annual IT controls testing cycle, focusing on the most material IT controls across the Group.
- Conducting controls testing on IT infrastructure, applications, and governance to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Reporting control weaknesses and aligning action plans with senior management.
- Supporting Group IT in embedding action reporting and driving accountability for remediation.
- Delivering training to control owners and operators, promoting best practices and upskilling the second line team.
- Staying abreast of emerging IT risks and best practices to evolve the internal controls methodology.
- Professional certification such as CISA or equivalent.
- Experience in IT auditing or controls testing, ideally within a large multinational or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
