Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager
- Working alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across a number of sites, primarily in the North of the Tyne area. You’ll carefully managing income and expenditure, assisting in the delive ry of our schemes against key performance targets.
- You’ll help manage and deliver projects including managing project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers.
- You’ll use your fantastic interpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers, contractor partners and internal teams.

You bring
- A great knowledge of residential led development, project management and the planning system, delivering against design standards.
- You’ll ideally have some previous experience in the delivery of new homes on site, but more importantly, bring a passion and willingness to learn all aspects of land/development and professional project management.
- Good organisational and excellent written skills, being able to write clear and concise reports.
- An eye for detail, be a self-starter and have a win-win mentality to deliver a brilliant service.

You’ll report to Sarah or Laura, one of our Senior Development and Delivery Managers who are passionate about delivering market leading homes of the highest quality for our customers.
Job details
- Working Monday to Friday, you’ll shape your own diary around work and your own commitments.
- This is a hybrid role, so you’ll spend two days in our office at Newcastle Upon Tyne, the rest working at home. Some days you may also be required to work on our development sites where required.
- You must be able to use technology for managing and delivering projects, online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
