Date: 18 hours ago
City: Newark on Trent, England
Contract type: Full time

We are currently working with a respected and long-established architectural practice based in the Newark area, who are actively seeking an Architectural Technician to join their expanding team. With a headcount of nearly 90 professionals across three UK offices, this privately owned practice has achieved consistent growth and success, delivering innovative, large-scale schemes across the industrial, logistics, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Their projects typically range in value from £5m to £150m+, and span large-format distribution centres, manufacturing hubs, mixed-use commercial parks, and infrastructure-led developments. With an annual turnover exceeding £10m, the business works with some of the UK's most prominent developers, operators and contractors, underpinned by a 95% repeat client rate.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-driven Architectural Technician with approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience. Previous exposure to industrial or logistics projects is advantageous but not essential, as long as you can demonstrate strong technical competence and enthusiasm for delivering high-performance buildings.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking team where career development, wellbeing, and structured mentorship are part of the culture.
