- Administrative Support: Provide pivotal administrative support, particularly to our Head of Operations. You'll expertly manage correspondence, orchestrate meetings, and maintain impeccable records.
- Culture & Team Engagement: Be a key player in fostering our positive company culture. You'll help bring company events to life, ensure new hires feel truly welcome, and be the friendly go-to for office queries.
- Supplier & Budget Management: Take charge of supplier relationships, negotiate smart contracts, and diligently track office expenditures, working hand-in-hand with our finance team.
- Health & Safety Champion: Ensure rigorous adherence to all health and safety, and fire risk regulations. (Full training provided to support this vital role!)
- Meeting & Refreshment Coordination: Keep our team and visitors fueled by efficiently managing office food supplies and coordinating all meeting refreshments.
- Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.
