Position:
This is a great opportunity for an individual, ideally with procurement experience (but not essential) to join a growing team with huge potential to progress.
You will be assisting the Purchasing team to and contribute to an efficient procurement processes.

Position:

You will be assisting the Purchasing team to and contribute to an efficient procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple computer systems to complete a wide range of tasks, including data input
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing
- Raising of purchase orders
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department
- Any other duties as required by the team.
- You will be an experienced administrator who has worked within a busy office environment
- Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role within procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to build productive relationships with suppliers
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word), Sage would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Naturally you will have a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenge
