Human Resources Graduate
Belron

Join Belron International’s Global Trainee Programme and embark on a rewarding career journey. Our programme is designed to inspire and develop your leadership skills in real-world scenarios. With us, it’s more than a job; you're stepping into a role that shapes the future!
As a HR and Internal Communications Graduate, you’ll help create an exceptional employee experience and foster a thriving environment to drive business success and build a legacy.
On our Communications & Events and Responsible Business pathway, you’ll contribute in two key areas. In Communications & Events, you’ll deliver world class communications and events to bring our story, purpose and values to life for colleagues, whilst enhancing our external reputation. In Responsible Business you’ll help to improve sustainability, focusing on reducing emissions, waste and leading ESG reporting for the Belron Group.
What will I be doing?
On the Communications & Events and Responsible Business pathway, you’ll rotate through three different areas over the 2-year programme, ensuring that our employees feel valued and have the resources to perform at their best.
On the People pathway, you’ll rotate through three teams, focusing on employee empowerment, development strategies, diversity reporting and enhancing our benefits package. You’ll also contribute to internal communications and organising events.
Some teams you could be working with on the Communication, Events and Responsible Business pathway include:
- Internal communications – We create impactful communications and coordinate events that inspire pride in Belron’s values, supporting key initiatives like senior leadership meetings, the Spirit of Belron Challenge, the Best of Belron competition, and major DE&I events.
- External communications – We protect and enhance Belron’s reputation with external audiences, including investors and partners, while supporting global businesses in managing reputational risks. This includes financial communications with shareholders and overseeing our digital channels.
- Responsible Business – Our global business units are focused on reducing waste and lowering greenhouse gas emissions through various programmes. We provide expert guidance, share best practices, and inspire new ideas, while leading Belron’s ESG reporting, including EU CSRD disclosures. A major project has been underway for 18 months to meet CSRD requirements, and we’re now implementing new software to streamline reporting and ensure compliance.
Some teams you could be working in on the People pathway include:
- Reward – We develop and manages compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and motivate and retain talent.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – We develop strategies to promote diversity, ensure equity, and foster an inclusive culture where every employee feels valued.
- Communications – We craft impactful communications and coordinate events which inspire pride and dedication to Belron’s values, supporting major initiatives like the Spirit of Belron Challenge, and significant DE&I events.
- Learning – We’re dedicated to building skills and capabilities to meet today’s business objectives while nurturing the talent of tomorrow, through implementing personalised, clear, and accessible development programmes.
