Are you passionate about shaping the early careers talent? We are looking for an Early Careers Programme Manager, supporting both Graduates and Degree Apprentices across VolkerWessells UK.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Be the go to expert for all things Apprenticeship across the business.
Deliver engaging development programmes and networking opportunities.
Develop and maintain policies, processes, and relationships with training providers.
Manage our apprenticeship levy account and CITB grant claims.
Partner with HR and L&D teams to identify and grow early careers opportunities.
You'll play a key role in nurturing the next generation of talent while ensuring programme delivery excellence.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in managing early career or learning and development programs.
- Exceptional skills in coaching, stakeholder management, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivery.
- Enthusiastic about nurturing talent and creating inclusive talent pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
