Creative Lead – Fashion & eCom

Lead creative for a growing UK fashion brand.

This is a fast-growing UK fashion brand known for unisex, made-to-order clothing and a loyal online following. Everything is done in-house — design, embroidery, fulfilment — which means quick turnarounds, full creative control, and real influence over the final product. The team is small, the setup is hands-on, and the focus is on doing things well — not chasing trends or cutting corners.

They’re now looking for a Creative Lead who can bring ideas to the table, shape campaigns, and elevate the brand across all channels. If you’ve worked in fashion or lifestyle, understand ecommerce, and want to be more hands-on and closer to the product — this could be the right fit.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with the founder and product team on fashion collections and seasonal drops
• Leading campaign development – from concepts and moodboards to shoots and final delivery
• Designing email marketing that’s creative but commercially smart
• Helping plan and produce social content that actually reflects the brand
• Updating the website with new visuals, product stories and landing pages
• Keeping everything visually consistent across the board – from packaging to homepage

What they’re after

• 5+ years in a creative role in fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce
• Solid portfolio showing campaign creative, email work, and brand design
• Comfortable using Adobe Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, and Shopify (or similar)
• Sharp eye for design and genuine interest in fashion culture
• Someone happy to be on set, sketching ideas, or styling a homepage – whatever’s needed
