We are delighted to announce a new 16 bed service based in Doncaster that will welcome patients from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The unit with support patients with complex mental health with a focus on rehabilitation, patients may be in the service for up to 12 months and through a multi-professional approach will receive recovery focussed care.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality, patient centred, compassionate care under the direction of a Registered nurse/senior manager with a focus on promoting health and independence
To engage people with therapeutic interventions in group and 1:1 settings.
Be an accountable and professional
Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual
Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency,
Have the ability to work without direct supervision, at times delivering care independently in line with the individual’s defined plan of care, within the parameters of practice of the role, accessing clinical and care advice when needed.
Follows a plan of care as agreed by the relevant professional
Reports back to senior staff any issues or problems
Liaise with other agencies to provide testing
