  • Role Overview

As a Business Development Apprentice, you’ll be trained to identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the growth of 3Gi Technology’s sales pipeline. This is a hands-on apprenticeship that blends learning with real-world experience, giving you the skills needed to thrive in the fast-growing tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to generate leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and booking meetings.

Develop your understanding of AI, cybersecurity, and IT services to confidently communicate value to clients.

Use CRM tools (like HubSpot) to log activities, update contact information, and track leads.

Support proposal creation, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.

Attend internal training sessions and work toward completing your apprenticeship qualification.

Shadow team members in client meetings and virtual product demos.

Contribute ideas to improve team processes and marketing initiatives.

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
