1-4 days per week office based between hours of Monday and Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus
Role Summary: The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.
What We Need You To Do
Your first line of support and for any enquiries will be Supporter Care to support you in your role.
Communications
Supporter care will regularly provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events appropriate to your role.
You will be provided with a Teesside Hospice volunteer badge

What We Need You To Do
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Assist with the maintenance of Constituent records.
- Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
- Assist with preparation for events as required.
- Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members.
- Communicating when not able to attend a shift.
- Ability to work in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Opportunity to gain fantastic skills and experience within a supportive team.
- Volunteer induction training
- Any other training identified as appropriate to the role
