The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of contentious private client matters, including:
- Disputes involving wills, trusts, and estate administration
- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims
- Challenges to the validity of wills on grounds such as capacity and undue influence
- Removal of executors/trustees and breach of trust claims
- Court of Protection disputes
About You
We are looking for a solicitor with:
- 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in contentious trust and probate matters
- A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and an eagerness to develop professionally
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
