What can you expect from the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading and motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, a proven track record in retail sales, and experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You should be commercially minded, with a passion for delivering results and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive store culture, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
