We are currently looking for a Warehousing Specialist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior Warehouse Manager UK, your focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations through close collaboration with our UK and DE third-party logistics partners (3PLs). In this role, you will combine your appreciation for operational precision with your capacity for problem-solving and teamwork. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

We are currently looking for a Warehousing Specialist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior Warehouse Manager UK, your focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations through close collaboration with our UK and DE third-party logistics partners (3PLs). In this role, you will combine your appreciation for operational precision with your capacity for problem-solving and teamwork. What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate order processing, stock reconciliation, and communications with our UK 3PL partners for both B2B and B2C orders
- Monitor outbound order reports and proactively resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
- Provide support for DE 3PL operations, including order processing, reconciliation, and temporary coverage for team absences
- Lead on Value-Added Services (VAS) setup for new customers, ensuring 3PL alignment
- Prepare UK 3PL invoice checks for manager sign-off and assist with manual warehouse processes when needed
- 2+ years’ experience in a data-led role within warehousing, logistics, or retail
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Excel; confident in handling operational data
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
- German language skills are desirable (but not essential), due to DE 3PL collaboration
