We’re looking for a Sales PR Coordinator to bring our developments to life through standout campaigns, press coverage, and award-winning content. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering bold, engaging, consumer-facing PR strategies that align with Hill Residential’s Sales and Marketing objectives.
Your success will be measured by the buzz you help generate—through imaginative campaigns, strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and real, measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Own
PR Campaigns & Storytelling
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to shape and deliver a rolling 12-month PR campaign plan, with a spotlight on our flagship London JV projects.
Create memorable moments through well-coordinated PR events—think impactful launches, vibrant photography, and experiences that turn heads.
Be the go-to for our PR agency—leading calls, coordinating schedules, and ensuring everything from press releases to campaign execution runs smoothly.
Align with JV partners and external comms leads to ensure our joint campaigns sing with one consistent voice.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
Bring Hill’s story to life through sharp, compelling copy for blogs, webpages, and social content.
Oversee the creation of event collateral and branded content—design skills in InDesign are a major plus.
Champion our tone of voice, ensuring every message is polished, on-brand, and full of purpose.
Awards & Recognition
Help us shine by producing high-quality award submissions—both written and designed working closely with agencies and internal teams.
Coordinate everything from gathering insights to supporting judges’ visits and presentations.
Collaboration & Team Spirit
Be a valued part of the wider Communications and Marketing team—contributing to events, sharing ideas, and helping shape our communications culture.
Act as a brand guardian—ensuring consistency in every visual and verbal touchpoint.
Support the Head of Communications and colleagues on special projects and ad hoc initiatives.

Externally: PR agencies, JV communications leads, media contacts, creatives, photographers, suppliers
