Position
We are looking for someone to join us as a Validations Processor who can monitor ANPR, CCTV and Self-Ticket enforcement, maintaining high levels of data entry and accuracy when issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to any vehicle in breach of the parking conditions.
Each member of the Validations Team has a primary processing area of either ANPR, CCTV or Self-Ticket, but will be cross trained to provide support to other areas, where needed.

Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Newton Abbot with weekly hybrid flexibilities

Responsibilities And Duties
- To monitor assigned locations and processing areas to issue PCNs for breaches of parking terms
- To ensure PCNs are compliant with internal and external regulations
- To support in the resolution of faults
- To aid in reporting of processed data
- To report any faults or problems to the Validations Team Leader

- You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
- The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by most effective means available
