Background
AVEVA is continuing to develop and enhance its control environment through a programme of improvement to align with PCAOB requirements. In addition, dual GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP) reporting is to be developed
We are looking for a Programme Scheduler to lead the scheduling and governance for the programme, coordinating multiple workstreams and reporting requirements

- Create and maintain the detailed schedule including resource mapping
- Identify the critical path and dependencies with other programmes
- Report status against the plan and identify risks
- Coordinate scheduling across delivery sub-teams (including third-party) and stakeholders across the entire organisation.
- Manage relationships to build collaborative working, trust and to communicate programme updates.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the programme schedule including resource management
- Implement tools to be able to maintain, track and manage the overall programme progress.
- Organize and facilitate project activities such as kick-offs, team meetings, decision-making processes, and communications
- Coordinate integration of multiple projects, managing interdependencies and optimizing resource allocation
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status risks and changes
- Extensive experience in planning and resource management for large programmes
- Ability to create resource loaded schedules at project, program, and portfolio level
- Proficient in critical path analysis and schedule analytic methods
- Experience of risk / assurance / finance programmes preferable
- Experience of identifying and mitigating delivery risks, as well as leading the resolution of issues / blockers
- Demonstrable prioritisation and decision-making capability including during periods of ambiguity and flux
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global organisation
- Self-starter with drive, resilience and the commitment to get things •Effective communicator, with ability to interpret and clearly convey information, deliver concise recommendations and interact with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, and other teams
