Role - Studio Project Accountant (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Foster + Partners, an award-winning global studio for architecture, design, and innovation, is looking for a Studio Project Accountant to join our finance team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated architecture practices, supporting a portfolio of cutting-edge international projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project leaders and the wider finance team to ensure the financial success of creative and commercially significant work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Directors to manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting
• Monitor project performance and provide proactive financial insight
• Support month-end processes, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and compliance
• Help implement consistent project accounting practices across the studio

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in project accounting, ideally within architecture, design, or professional services
• Strong understanding of financial systems and project lifecycle management
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Deltek, SAP, Oracle – a plus)
