Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for finding the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles in the UK.
  • Capability to manage direct high-volume recruitment on a multi-site basis
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience with ATS’ preferably Workday
