We are currently looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of Brand & Campaigns for Lovehoney Retail, your focus will be on developing and delivering emotionally resonant, data-informed brand campaigns that build equity and drive results. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for bold branding with your capacity for creative execution and commercial impact. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

We are currently looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. What You Will Do
- Champion the brand internally and externally, upholding guardrails and ensuring consistent, high-impact brand expression.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across key channels to reinforce brand promise and drive commercial performance.
- Monitor and act on brand health data, ensuring consistent brand evolution and positive customer sentiment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders across departments and seniority levels to ensure brand alignment and business impact.
- Use performance and eCommerce metrics to inform decisions and optimise brand initiatives, leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and execution.
- 3–4 years of hands-on brand marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven ability to lead complex brand projects from strategy to execution, managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- A strong understanding of brand health metrics and frameworks, and how to apply them to drive action.
- A commercial mindset with a solid grasp of eCommerce KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV).
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with confidence working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
