Warehouse Supervisor

Working Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (including weekends on a rotational basis)

Available Shifts:

Morning Shift: 6.00am to 2.00pm

Afternoon Shift: 11.00am to 7.00pm

Weekends: 8.00am to 4.00pm

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to work on our morning or afternoon shift, 5 days per week (including weekends on rotation). You will help drive high performance throughout our warehouse, safely leading a team of operatives to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

What you will do:

• Warehouse Operations & Stock Management – Lead cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations. Oversee product returns, reworks, and order refunds while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Staff Management & Training – Allocate work, monitor performance, manage staffing (rotas, absences, holidays), and conduct one-to-ones and informal meetings up to written warnings. Train new and seasonal staff across all warehouse tasks.
• Site & Safety Management – Ensure warehouse setup and close-down procedures are followed, oversee yard activities safely, and maintain compliance with HSE and site rules. Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider.
• Administration & Reporting – Handle warehouse admin, including customs documents, performance reports, investigations, and staffing records. Present data to teams and sites as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Leadership – Lead by example, maintaining punctuality, positive conduct, and efficiency. Support peak event preparation, process improvements, and business needs as required.
• Order Processing & Prioritisation – Pick, pack, and print customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch by monitoring backlog and ship queues, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
  
  
  

What you will bring:

• Reliability & Timekeeping – Punctual and ready to work at the start of each shift.
• Technical Skills – Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership & Team Development – At least 2 years of experience leading, training, or coaching teams, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Warehouse/Retail Experience – Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or retail environment, with a strong understanding of performance metrics. Experience of stock management and returns is advantageous.
• Skills & Attributes – Strong literacy, numeracy, communication, and attention to detail. Organised, methodical, and proactive in improving performance.
• Adaptability & Compliance – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with basic knowledge of HSE/OSHA requirements.
