About The Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager Air Wick (Global), you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting global projects and support the deployment of global initiatives into local teams. The ABM Air Wick will be responsible for managing the full cycle of artwork development, working closely with local marketing teams to ensure delivery in-line with requirements by region. The candidate will also support with tracking brand performance and conducting market analysis and supporting Brand Manager on innovation development and product launches. We are looking for a teammate with exceptional willingness to learn and contribute, who is a skilled communicator and relishes working with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver key projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Artwork Development: Manage the end-to-end process of artwork creation, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure all artwork and pack copies complies with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Agency Communication: Liaise with external agencies such as Marks and Springfield to brief them on project requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of artwork.
  • CPS Tracking: Monitor and track the Critical Path Schedule to ensure all projects are progressing as planned.
  • CLP: Lead major artwork change driven by CLP regulation across Air Wick portfolio
  • IMEX collaboration: Act as a key go-to-person for local markets. Share updates about global projects, collect market feedback, support markets on ad hoc request.
  • Market and brand performance: Track brand performance, conduct market research, undertake competitor analysis. Lead initiatives to enhance product pipelines and fund innovative launches, executing with precision and creativity.

  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health and a proven track record in Brand Management.
