HR Advisor, Bridgend

We’re seeking a strong HR Advisor to join our team and make an immediate impact.

You’ll be responsible for delivering HR initiatives efficiently and effectively, working closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team at our established Bridgend manufacturing site.

To be successful in the role you will have experience of:

• Investigation, Grievance & Disciplinary hearings
• Supporting the Performance Management Process
• Providing professional and confidential HR support to employees and managers
• Supporting the recruitment & selection process end to end
• Effective absence management
• Coordinating the Occupational Health process including employee sickness referrals
• Strong knowledge of current Employment Law & HR Compliance
• Working in a unionised environment is essential

Your Profile:

• Organised and focused with excellent time management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Genuine passion for people
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Human Resources is desirable
