We are searching for a passionate Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Fred. Holidays Marketing team based in our Ipswich Head Office. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist with various digital marketing tasks, including creating social media campaign posts across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X, promotional campaigns, assisting with support for paid media across multiple platforms, as well as contributing to aspects of video design and development. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this exciting and varied role will provide support and training in Social Media, Promotional Campaigns and Paid Media.
We are keen to hear from candidates who are creative and eager to jump in, learn fast, and help shape exciting campaigns. Familiarity with key social media platforms-including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn-will give you a strong advantage. We’re especially interested in candidates who understand how to create content tailored to each platform, stay on top of trends, and know what drives engagement in different digital spaces. While not essential, having a basic familiarity with graphic design tools-such as Adobe, as well as a working knowledge of simple video creation or editing tools would be a great advantage. These skills will help you bring creative ideas to life and contribute more dynamically to our digital campaigns.
This is a Full-Time permanent position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) A hybrid work pattern is also available.
The salary for this position is £18,200 - £23,920 per annum, depending on experience.
