This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with telecoms vendors while developing commercial and operational knowledge What You’ll Be Doing You'll support our Vendor Managers in managing supplier relationships and ensuring commercial accuracy, including:
- Reconciling telecoms services billed vs. actual usage
- Auditing vendor invoices, internal systems, and supplier inventories
- Liaising with Vendors to close out any queries in relation to invoices or inventory
- Supporting budget management and ensuring appropriate spend
- Monitoring renewal dates and ensuring contract alignment with customers
- Advising internal teams on cost control and PO values
- Identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and process efficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication (written, oral, and presentation)
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to grasp and apply key contract terms (renewals, termination, pricing)
- Curious, proactive attitude—willing to challenge the status quo
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding (or willingness to learn) telecom products/services
