Your tasks

  • Ensuring MTMs are accurate and maintained in Ticon, with updates approved in SAP.
  • Timely execution of GEOCS and coordination of changes with the production team.
  • Collaborating with quality engineers to maintain and review PFMEAs and ensure effective Poka-Yoke systems.
  • Improving OEE and technical availability through effective TPM activity and downtime reduction.
  • Keeping all IE transactions in SAP up to date and ensuring documentation accuracy (work instructions, scan-to-pack, etc.).
  • Designing and optimizing cell layouts to Brose standards, and ensuring ergonomic assessments are current and acted upon.
  • Supporting quarterly and annual budgeting for tools, fixtures, and machines.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen workshops) in line with manufacturing and logistics targets.
  • Assisting in new project planning, problem-solving within production, and driving lessons learned.
  • Supporting manufacturing and pre-production projects as needed.
  • Maintaining full compliance with company standards across safety, environment, quality, and conduct.

Your Profile

  • Degree or HNC in Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.
  • Certified in MTM, with strong knowledge in Lean Manufacturing techniques such as OEE, Kanban, Kaizen, and cellular manufacturing.
  • Proficient in SAP and standard data processing tools; skilled in FMEA, AutoCAD, and ideally familiar with laser/MAG welding and robotics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Methodical, results-driven, and confident in decision-making, even under pressure.
  • German language skills are a plus.
