About the Role:

Are you a people person with a knack for organization and a welcoming smile? We’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our company. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a positive and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle mail and deliveries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and appointments
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • A proactive and helpful attitude
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
