SEAT / SKODA Admin Hub
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to come and join our team at our SEAT/SKODA Admin Hub
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle orders and customer records. Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator. Kerridge experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

- Accurately invoicing and taxing vehicles in a timely manner
- Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to support a clean and reliable database
- Ordering vehicles from the factory and managing their progress through to delivery
- Coordinating subcontract work and ensuring all documentation is complete
- Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers
