A Day in the Life of a Production Operative:
- Ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards and specifications.
- Operating different machines and production stations with precision.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and GMP standards across the facility.
- Diligently performing checks on all aspects of the product, from weight to packaging.
- Possess solid English and Maths skills and be a strong communicator.
- Have solid experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Be comfortable operating machinery.
- Have a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to quality.
- Be organised, proactive, and can manage your time effectively, whether working solo or with the team.
- Have the ability to handle pressure well and consistently meet deadlines.
- Promote a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
