About The Role
This is a zero-hour contract position, paying £13 per hour. Work hours will vary, with shifts typically falling between an early start of 6 AM and a late finish of 10:30 PM.
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be crucial in ensuring our B2B and D2C orders are processed efficiently and dispatched on time, maintaining our high standards.

About The Role
This is a zero-hour contract position, paying £13 per hour. Work hours will vary, with shifts typically falling between an early start of 6 AM and a late finish of 10:30 PM.
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be crucial in ensuring our B2B and D2C orders are processed efficiently and dispatched on time, maintaining our high standards.
Your varied responsibilities will include:
- Accurate order picking and packing for both business and direct customers.
- Stock replenishment and inbounding goods.
- Supporting our Production and Blending teams with material picking and quality checks.
- Playing a key role in the smooth processing of all orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Assisting with the integration of new systems and customer accounts.
- Managing administrative duties related to picking and packing.
- Minimising stock outs through diligent low-level stock reporting.
- Upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the highest cleanliness standards.
- Strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety policy.
We're seeking a punctual, friendly, and highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
You should have:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally within an FMCG manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and efficient numerical skills.
- Experience with quality control checking of products during picking and packing.
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to work methodically and under pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- COSHH experience.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) knowledge.
- An FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence.
