Key Responsibilities
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the international data team by ensuring accurate and compliant product data for export markets
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to gather and maintain essential trade data
- Manage key admin processes including data auditing, reporting, and record-keeping
- Build relationships with suppliers to guide them through compliance and system processes
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies using large data sets and internal tools
- Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Supply Chain, International and Distribution teams

Key Requirements
- A detail-oriented problem solver with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, XLOOKUPs)
- Experience working with complex data sets—ideally within retail or supply chain
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to work across teams and with suppliers
- A positive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to change
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
