Chapel House Vets have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organised receptionist to join their dynamic team. This position gives you the opportunity to enhance your current skills while working along side a supportive team. A kind, caring and empathetic person with a wish to help people, is ideal for this role, you will love to speak to people and have general IT skills.

This is apermanent part-time role wokring 30 hours per week. This role will be flexible over both branches based in Chesterfield and Staveley. Thir role is Monday to Friday with 1:8 Saturdays. Shifts are between the hours of 8am-7pm.

  • Greeting our clients, making them feel at home and comfortable, and promoting the services we offer
  • Keeping all documents filed correctly
  • Arranging appointments over the phone and in person
  • Responding to all general enquiries via email
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept organised and clean
  • Cashing up and ensuring all data is up to date and correct by the end of each day each day
  • Stock management.

Chaep House Vets boast two practices for your convenience - one in Chesterfield and one in Staveley in Derbyshire - both of which offer free on-site parking.

We are a dedicated small animal veterinary practice and our clinical team have a broad range of interests and expertise, to cater for all your pet’s needs. Our vets and nurses share a passion for lifelong learning and many of them are working towards or have already achieved further qualifications in their areas of interest, including dermatology, physiotherapy, internal medicine, surgery and emergency critical care.
