- Can do light editing: Has a strong knowledge of English grammar and customer-centric copywriting.
- Is a content geek: Holds a genuine interest (and even passion) for content strategy, content architecture, and business communications.
- Cares about the details: Will be a stickler for design rules and content taxonomy governance, assuring the quality of our publications.
- Is a people person: Will work with multiple stakeholders at any given time—including content owners, content strategists, writers, designers, UX specialists, and SEO leads—to assure timely publication of quality content.
- Will bring fresh ideas, learn, and grow: Will learn and implement best practices for content strategy and content marketing. Content marketing is a continuously evolving practice, as such, we constantly learn, grow, pivot, and optimize practices using objective performance data and current industry best practices.
Computer Skills
- Strong Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Adobe AEM Edge Delivery Services experience a plus
- Content management system experience a plus
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a multinational and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones, excellent organizational skills, structural way of working, self-motivated, team player, flexible, quick learner
